SHOPPING TERMS
Product Descriptions and Accuracy:

Pricing and Availability:
All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you
 
Orders and Payment:
By placing an order through our shop, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed and we received the payment then we will issue a full refund.
 
Shipping and Delivery:
Home Quest Journey offers shipping options based on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but they are subject to delays beyond our control, including customs clearance, courier delays, or natural events.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
 
 
 
Refunds and Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales on Home Quest Journey are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our products or branded items. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review product details before completing a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or service, please contact us before finalizing your purchase. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please send an email to admin@homequestjourney.com with a detailed description of the damage, along with photos for our team to evaluate the situation. If deemed necessary, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
 
Exchanges
We will only exchange products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, contact us at admin@homequestjourney.com with your order details and images of the damaged item. You will be required to ship the item back to us at 79 Mill Street Carlton NSW 2218. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement depending on the availability of the product and the condition of the returned item.
 
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will be eligible for a replacement in the event of damage. Please contact us at admin@homequestjourney.com with details of the gift, including the sender’s information, and provide images of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
 
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any items, except in the case of defective or damaged products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $75, we  recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
No Guarantees on Shipping or Returns
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and secure manner, Home Quest Journey cannot guarantee the successful return or replacement of products shipped by third-party couriers. In cases where products are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, we will assist in filing claims with the appropriate shipping service provider.
